I began my insurance career in June of 1994 with The Reliable Life Insurance Company selling life and fire insurance to customers door to door in McKinney, Allen and Plano. In March of 1998 I joined Sentry Insurance as an agent selling commercial insurance to businesses across the State of Texas where I won several awards and was promoted to sales manager.  In August of 2001 I founded RCDG Enterprises, Inc. and owned and operated my own independent insurance agency.

I love helping people protect what matters most in their lives and I also enjoy building relationships with my clients, many of whom I now call friends.

In 2014 I graduated from the University of Phoenix with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, and I have worked toward earning the Certified Insurance Counselor designation.  I am heavily involved in my community as I am a former member of the Greenville Kiwanis Club, two-time Past-President of The Greenville Lions Club and a current board member of The Greenville Rotary Club as well as past President of the Greenville High School Athletics Booster Club. I am currently a board member with CASA and I served as a one-term city council member in Greenville.  My wife and I love to travel and we enjoy riding our ATV on the mountain trails of Colorado.
